Integrated Consulting is a Town Planning, Bushfire Planning & Land Surveying Consultancy located in Bathurst, in the Central West of New South Wales. We work on projects throughout New South Wales and Western Australia.

We are focussed on providing integrated solutions to your planning, bushfire and surveying requirements. We believe an integrated approach provides our clients with improved outcomes by taking into consideration all opportunities and constraints early in the process. This is achieved by staying up to date with the dynamic legislative framework that guides the town and bushfire planning and land surveying processes, as well as working closely with and understanding other consultants' requirements and products, and incorporating these to provide a result that is complete and cohesive.

Our Team

Erika Dawson | Director & Principal Town Planning & Bushfire Consultant

Erika is a Registered Town Planner and BPAD Level 3 Accredited Bushfire Practitioner. She has over 20 years’ experience working in both the public and private sector, working in rural, regional and metropolitan NSW, Western Australia and the UK. Erika provides a wealth of experience having been involved in a wide variety of developments, including residential, commercial, industrial, education, infrastructure, social housing, tourism, and aged care projects.

Erika has a strong understanding of other disciplines within the development industry, having worked previously for global and regional sized multidisciplinary companies and having a variety of qualifications herself. These skills and experience enable Erika to provide an integrated and thorough approach to her work.

Graduate Certificate Development Planning
Graduate Diploma in Bushfire Protection with Distinction

Erika was awarded:

The 2015 Ron Coffey Award by the Fire Protection Association Australia for Academic Excellence in the Graduate Diploma in Bushfire Protection through the Western Sydney University.

Shannon Dawson | Director & Registered Surveyor

Shannon is a Registered Surveyor in NSW and a Licensed Surveyor in Western Australia with over 20 years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors in rural, regional and metropolitan NSW. Shannon also gained large scale open pit mining experience working in the iron ore industry in the Pilbara region of Western Australia as a mining surveyor.
Shannon obtained a Bachelor of Surveying from the University of Newcastle in 1999 and became a NSW Registered Land Surveyor in 2007.

Shannon has extensive experience in the development industry having been involved in a wide variety of projects, including rural, residential, commercial, industrial, education, and infrastructure. Having worked previously for regional sized multidisciplinary companies, Shannon has a strong understanding of other disciplines within the development industry and how the inputs from these disciplines integrate and contribute to a successful development project.

Shannon has the following accreditations:

Registered NSW Land Surveyor, Board of Surveying & Spatial Information (BOSSI)
Licensed Land Surveyor, Land Surveyors Licensing Board of Western Australia (LSLB)
Current Rail Industry Worker (RIW)
TfNSW Accredited both to prepare and implement Work Zone Traffic Management Plans
